Enjoy fun and unique experiences while hanging with your camp friends and the awesome staff at our Louisville Program and Learning Center (PLC) camps!
Four weeks of day camps are offered at the Girl Scout PLC on Lexington Road. These fun and interactive day camps may include visits from community partners who are experts in their fields, visits from furry friends, or field trips. All our camps include lots of opportunities to explore with your fellow Girl Scout friends, both new and old.
Registration is currently open! The last day to register is Friday, May 23, 2025.
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
New to Girl Scouts? Welcome! Annual membership can be added during the check-out process.

A non-refundable deposit of $60 per Girl Scout is due when you register. All remaining balances must be paid by Friday, May 30, 2025.
Registrants with unpaid balances after that day will be removed from the session roster, and their deposit will be forfeited. Payments toward camp can be made in full at any time prior to May 30 or can be paid via installments. We know things happen and plans can change, so families are able to cancel a reserved session for a refund (minus the $60 deposit) before Friday, May 30, 2025. In case of camp cancellations by GSK, all payments will be refunded.
Sessions fill very quickly. When sessions reach capacity, campers can join the waitlist. If additional capacity becomes available, new openings are offered via email on a first-come, first-served basis from our waitlist. Hopeful campers on our waitlist will have five business days to respond to our email notice and pay the non-refundable $60 deposit to claim the new spot.
After you register, you will soon receive a confirmation email directly from CampDoc, our camp registration platform. This email will contain important information to guide you through the next steps of completing your health profile, payments, and more. If this email is not received within 24 hours, check your junk/spam folder, then please contact Customer Care at 888-771-5170. Our Customer Care team can also help you with any registration issues or questions.
Every Girl Scout should be able to make lasting memories at summer camp! Financial assistance is available to provide everyone with access to the same outdoor opportunities. In every instance the amount requested should reflect the true need of the family. Providing leadership opportunities through camp experiences is made possible by the Joyce Seymour Leadership Fund.
Applications open November 18, 2024 with a deadline of November 26, 2024 at 5 pm Eastern to be pre-approved by Cyber Monday. All other applications must be received by April 30, 2025.

Campers can use previously earned Kentuckiana Credits to pay towards camp costs. Kentuckiana Credits may be used to pay a portion or the entirety of camp costs, but plan ahead: 2023–2024 Kentuckiana Credits expire on December 10, 2024. To apply Kentuckiana Credits to camp, use the form at bit.ly/kc24gsk.
Looking ahead, the Girl Scout Cookie Program is a great way for campers to earn a cost-free summer adventure. When a Girl Scout sells 2,200+ boxes, they earn a free week of Overnight or PLC Day Camp. Selling 2,600 boxes will allow you to bring a friend along with you during your free week!
First Time Campers: You will receive a welcome email from CampDoc.com after completing registration and making your $60 deposit. This email will allow you to access the CampDoc website to complete your camper’s health profile and access other important information about camp.
Returning Campers: Log into CampDoc to complete registration. Please review your camper’s health profile and update any information for this camp season.
Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all campers. Please help ensure your Girl Scout’s successful camp experience. Contact us at least one month prior to the session to discuss any physical, behavioral, emotional, dietary, or other needs for your camper. Once we have reviewed your camper’s needs, we will determine if we can safely accommodate those needs at camp.
We are inspired to provide communities of acceptance where you’ll enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds. At camp, we come together to challenge ourselves as we spend time in nature, try new things, and learn new skills. Our staff welcomes you to the magic of camp.
Phone Calls: Caregivers can reach out to the Customer Care Team with any general camp questions. Camp will contact the listed emergency contact in cases of emergency, illness, behavioral needs, or homesickness to give any updates and collaborate on plans of care as needed.
