Your Group Camping experience is totally customizable to your Girl Scouts! Groups can stay for as many days as they like for each session. This allows you to be flexible and make the best choices based on your group's skills and readiness. Overnight stays are not required, but are encouraged. During registration, you will select your day(s) and optional overnights. Daytime arrivals are between 8 am and 10 am Central to ensure you can make the most of your day! Those arriving for an evening experience before their daytime events, must arrive between 5 pm and 8 pm Central, so we can be ready to welcome you!
So that groups receive similar experiences no matter the length of their stay, your group will rotate through camp activities like swimming, boating, hiking, adventure course, crafts, and more led by camp staff each day. Groups are welcome to bypass any of the council-led camp itinerary to work toward badges as a group or just hang out as a group. Badge packets specific to camp will be available upon request during arrival.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your group are included in your day reservation. Evening arrivals do not include dinner for that day, but will include an awesome campfire opportunity.
Adults are needed to satisfy supervision ratio requirements during both council-led programming and overnights. Adults must be GSK members with a completed background check. No certifications are required. Camp staff will facilitate your outdoor programming!
Groups will enjoy their camp adventure in either small lodges, open-air cabins, or tent units. The types of accommodation for groups will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. For groups who have previous camp experience, we encourage you to venture out into open-air cabins or a tent unit.
