Group Camping is open to any registered adult(s) and their Girl Scout(s)! Come with your troop, as a group, or just you and your Girl Scout!

Our knowledgeable camp staff are ready to guide you through your outdoor experience and make sure participants come away with new skills and lots of fun memories. Whether Girl Scouts are first-time campers or seasoned veterans ready for a new outdoor challenge, there is something for everyone during Group Camping! No extra certifications are required for volunteers. Camp staff will facilitate your outdoor programming.

Registration Information

Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is due at the time of registration. The deadline to register is Friday, May 15, 2026.

Cost

$50 per day per person + KY Sales Tax

Please note that the 10% Cyber Monday savings do not apply to transportation or Group Camping.

Financial Assistance

Every Girl Scout should be able to make lasting memories at summer camp! Financial assistance is available to provide everyone with access to the same outdoor opportunities. In every instance the amount requested should reflect the true need of the family. Providing leadership opportunities through camp experiences is made possible by the Joyce Seymour Leadership Fund (JSLF).

To help support the camp community and ensure the sustainability of this program, all families, including those receiving financial assistance, are asked to contribute a minimum of 10% of the total experience cost. The 10% contribution towards the experience can be a combination of Kentuckiana Credits and family contributions.

Please Note: No JSLF applications will be accepted until January 1, 2026 except for overnight camp and requests for activities taking place January through March.

To apply, click here.

Kentuckiana Credits

Campers can use previously earned Kentuckiana Credits to pay towards camp costs. Kentuckiana Credits may be used to pay a portion or the entirety of camp costs, but plan ahead: 2024–2025 Kentuckiana Credits expire on December 12, 2025. To apply Kentuckiana Credits to camp, use the form at bit.ly/gskkc.

Looking ahead, the Girl Scout Cookie Program is a great way for campers to earn a cost-free summer adventure!

Refunds

Group Camping registrations may be canceled up to 14 days from the event start date for a full refund by emailing your cancellation request to CustomerCare@gskentuckiana.org.
